Recalling a sent message in Outlook can be helpful if you have sent a message by accident or would like to make some modifications. How to Recall an Email in Outlook
For the Outlook Desktop Application:
Open Outlook: Open the Outlook program on your desktop.

Find Sent Items:

In the left pane, click on Sent Items to locate the email you wish to recall.
Open the Email:

Double-click on the email message, and it will open in a new window.
On the top menu, click on the “Message” Tab.

In the window with the open message, click the Message tab in the top menu.
Click on Actions:

In the Move group, click the Actions button.
Select Recall This Message:

From the drop-down menu, select Recall This Message.
Select Recall Options:

You will have two options:
Delete unread copies of this message: This will delete the messages from the inbox of that particular recipient if they have not yet opened it.
Delete unread copies and replace with a new message: After this selection, the message will recall itself, allowing you to send a new one.
Choose the option of choice and click OK.
The Confirmation:

For each recipient, you will get a notification about whether the recall was successful or failed. This will show up in your inbox.
For the Outlook Web App:

Unfortunately, the message recall feature is not the subject of the Outlook Web App. You need to use the desktop version for this feature to work.

Recipient's action: If the recipient actually opened the email, it's too late to recall it with success.
Notification of recall: The recipient may receive a notification regarding your attempt to recall the message, even whether successful or not.
Same organization requirement: The recall will work only when both you and the recipient use Outlook in the same exchange organization.
Alternatives
If recalling the email seems impossible, you can send a follow-up email outlining the mistakes or providing correct information. You can also utilize Outlook for "Delayed Delivery" to schedule emails- thus providing a brief window to catch mistakes before they go out.
