anyway, those forehead bumps are probably closed comedones or milia tbh. if they're small and skin-colored, don't try to pop them - you'll just make it worse. gentle exfoliation with salicylic acid works for some people, but don't overdo it. also check your shampoo and hair products - sometimes they clog pores along the hairline.
