Whenever something appears to be too wonderful to be true... I am the same as everyone else.

View attachment 34364

I would want to take a time to talk about something that is prevalent in the world of trading and is something that we consistently battle against in this subforum. I would like to use this opportunity to talk about something. Not only are these "too good to be true" scam posts, but they also perpetuate the illusion that day trading is a method that can be used to amass wealth more rapidly.

In spite of the fact that it is not unusual for us to delete these messages in a short period of time, this specific one remained up for three hours today, misleading a significant number of customers. This piece of fake user went to such efforts as to publish a snapshot of a phony discussion that they had with me, saying that I had given my okay to the exchange. They did this in order to make their point.

When it comes to day trading, if anything appears to be too good to be true, this is the length to which persons will go in order to steal your money (in fact, they will rent Lamborghinis and houses while at the same time claiming that they are the owners of those items).

If you want to know the truth, I'm going to tell you that day trading is NOT a way to generate money with no effort. Absolutely not at all. If you are here because someone on social media, YouTube, or TikTok promised you the "secrets" to making $10,000 per day trading from your phone and flashed you a rented Lamborghini, I want to save you both time and money by letting you know that they are lying. I want to tell you that they are not telling the truth.

There is no gambling involved in trading during the day. There is a job here. The time has come to study. Discovering a competitive advantage is the goal here. Putting in one's time is the decisive factor. Although it is possible to get wealthy by gambling, the likelihood of slipping into poverty is substantially larger than the likelihood of being affluent. Because they sought the promise of easy money, millions of people are quietly losing their life savings. This is happening because they pursued the promise as well. There are millions of people in the world outside of every one person that wins the lotto.

As a result, con artists are aware of this. They have a number of factors working in their favor, including desperation, fear of missing out (FOMO), and the belief that there is a magic recipe. In exchange for hundreds or thousands of dollars, they may sell you expensive courses, signals, or even access to chat rooms that would otherwise be considered "exclusive." It is possible that they will do this. Have they made progress? They are putting the money that they receive from your subscription into their own wallets.

Before you put your trust in someone, make sure you have done the following:

  1. In spite of the fact that they are making a significant amount of money, why are they holding a seminar?
  2. What is the reason that they need your money in order to teach you how to get wealthy?
  3. On the other hand, do they provide evidence that they have been successful, or do they merely provide screenshots that they have selected at random?

Day trading does, in fact, require a considerable amount of time to be managed well. Being committed to this project for an extended period of time, developing a sense of self-control, and effectively managing risk are all essential components. It is not possible to make use of any shortcuts, hacks, or "one secret trick" in this situation. In the event that it appears to be too wonderful to be true, then it is real. When it comes to education, critical thinking is the advantage that sets you apart from the competition.

Not that I am doubting the possibility of generating money through day trading; I am just saying that I am not. There is no question in my mind that it is possible. Despite the fact that it is not a lottery, it is a tough fight. A further point to consider is that you won't get at your destination by mindlessly following an influencer who has a fancy Instagram reel.

Additionally, while I have your attention, if all you want to do is gamble and speak about "Wendy's" and "regards," there is a unique sub for whatever it is that you want to do; you should go there. When it comes to this, there is no alternative to it.

If you are serious about becoming an expert in this ability, you should start with a task that is easy to complete. By reading books, watching free educational content, practicing on a simulator, and focusing on these activities, you can learn to grow your knowledge and improve your ability to handle risks. Rather than telling stories about fairytales, the objective of this sub is to talk about experiences, difficulties, and advice that people have had in their real lives.
