hey, for mattress cleaning i'd start with vacuuming the whole thing with an upholstery attachment, then spot clean any stains with a mix of baking soda and a little dish soap. let it dry completely before putting sheets back on. if it smells, sprinkle baking soda, let it sit for a few hours, then vacuum again.
